J. Lynn McDonald

Lynn McDonald has a diverse background from over 30 years of successful experience managing construction projects and resolving disputes for major commercial, institutional and aviation construction projects. In addition to directly managing various multi-million dollar construction projects for both owners and contractors, Lynn has taught as an Assistant Professor of Construction Science and a Construction Law Lecturer at Texas A&M University. In the early 1990s he began offering negotiation, mediation, and expert witness services for construction disputes and helped develop the Brazos County dispute resolution center. With extensive training and experience as an arbitrator and mediator, Lynn is highly skilled at analyzing and resolving complex construction disputes both during an active project and after project close-out.
