Prior to founding the company in 2007, Katherine K. Molly worked for two large oil and gas companies and then spent nearly a decade in helping clients resolve large construction disputes on a global basis. Her primary objective for starting the company was to take those lessons learned, integrate project management processes with industry best practices to ultimately improve returns and deliveries on capital projects. Each consultant that has joined the firm shares in this value-driven purpose.
